- 1- प्रत्येक साधर्मी के लिए आवास पंजीकरण अनिवार्य है।
- Accommodation Registration is mandatory for every Sadharmi.
- 2 - आवास की आवश्यकता वाले साधर्मियों को पंजीकरण के समय अपना आवास पहले से बुक करवाना होगा।
- Sadharmis, who require accommodation (Stay) facility, have to book their accommodation in advance, at the time of Registration.
- 3 - सभी साधर्मियों के रहने की व्यवस्था हस्तिनापुर की धर्मशालाओं में और मेरठ में होटल में की जायेगी।
- Stay arrangement for all Sadharmis will be available in Dharmshalas, hotels within Hastinapur, Meerut.
- 4 - धर्मशाला से प्रतिष्ठा पण्डाल की दूरी 10 मिनट कीऔरहोटल से प्रतिष्ठा पण्डाल की दूरी 60 मिनट की है।
- The distance between Dharamshala and PratishthaPandala is 10 minutes, while it takes 60 minutes from the hotel.
- 5 - एक ईमेल से एक बार ही पंजीकरण कर सकते है।
- You are allowed to register only once using a single Email id.
- 6 - एक व्यक्ति एक साथ अपना और धर्मशाला के लिए आठ, होटल के लिए अधिकतम 3 वयस्क का पंजीकरण करा सकता है, उसी के अनुसार कमरे आवंटित किए जायेंगे।
- One person can register with a group of 8 adults for Dharamshala, 3 adults for hotel. Room allocations will be made based on these specifications.
- 7 - पाँच साल से कम उम्र के बच्चे का रजिस्ट्रेशन और आवास का कोई शुल्क नहीं हैI
- There are no charges for registration or accommodation for children under five years of age.
- 8 - ईमेल वेरिफिकेशन के बाद फॉर्म में अपनी और जो साधर्मी आपके साथ आ रहे है, उनकी भी जानकारी भर दे, और उसके बाद रजिस्ट्रेशन (Non Refundable) और आवास की सहयोग राशि (refundable) बैंक में जमा करायें तथा उसकी जमा रसीद (Deposit Slip) की फोटो अपने पोर्टल पर अपलोड करें, अथवा आप अपनी आवास रजिस्ट्रेशन की राशि पंचकल्याणक महोत्सव में आ कर आवास काउन्टर पर भी जमा करा सकते है।
- After email verification, fill in your information and that of the fellow devotees accompanying you in the form. Then, deposit the registration fee (non-refundable) and accommodation cooperation amount (refundable) in the bank and upload the photo of the deposit slip on your portal. Alternatively, you can also deposit the accommodation registration amount in person at the accommodation counter during the Panchkalyanak Mahotsav.
- 9 - पंजीकरण में पासपोर्ट साइज की फोटो ही अपलोड करें।
- Upload only passport size photo during registration.
- 10 - धर्मशाला में पंजीकरण करने पर आपके साथ 8 से अधिक और होटल में पंजीकरण करने पर आपके साथ 3 से अधिक परिवारीजन, मित्र पंचकल्याणक प्रतिष्ठा महोत्सव में आ रहे है और उनका पंजीकरण अगल हुआ है तो मुख्य सदस्य की प्रोफाइल में रिफ्रेंस आईडी (Reference I'd) में मुख्य सदस्य (main user) का ईमेल आईडी लिख सकते हैं जिससे कि आवास आवंटन के समय आपको और आपके मित्र, परिवारीजनों को कमरें आस पास ही आवंटन हो जायेगा।
- If you register at the dharamshala, and there are more than 8 family members accompanying you, or if you register at the hotel and there are more than 3 family members or friends joining you for the Panchkalyanak Pratishtha Mahotsav, you can include the main member's email id in the Reference ID field. This will facilitate allocating rooms nearby for you, your friends, and family members during allocation of rooms.
- 11 - प्रत्येक साधर्मी को पंजीकरण के बाद कार्यक्रम के कुछ समय पहले रजिस्टर्ड ईमेल पर आवास बुकिंग की जानकारी भेज दी जायेगी।
- After registration, all information about accommodation will be sent to every Sadharmi’s email shortly before the program.
- 12 - पंजीकरण करने के बाद आप उसमें सदस्यों की संख्या कम या ज्यादा नहीं कर सकते है।
- After completing the registration, it is not possible to adjust or alter the number of members, either by increasing or decreasing.
- 13 - कार्यक्रम हेतु आवास 30 नवम्बर से 7 दिसम्बर 2024 तक उपलब्ध कराया जायेगा।
- Accommodation will be available from 30th November to 7th December 2024 for Program.
- 14 - उपरोक्त तिथि से पहले आने वाले साधर्मियों को सीधे चिदायतन कार्यालय में फोन करके अपने आवास की व्यवस्था स्वयं करनी होगी।
- Sadharmis arriving before the above date, need to do their stay arrangement on their own by contacting directly to Chidayatan Office..
